SME Autogas specialise in the highest quality and most advanced installations of LPG Systems into petrol engines. Our total commitment to quality processes ensures every conversion is carried out to OEM (Original Equipment Manufacture) standards. The LPG Fuel system is installed to the vehicle, whilst retaining the vehicle's original petrol system, creating a dual fuel vehicle.
The SME Autogas Centre is staffed by fully trained and qualified technicians and carry out the highest quality installations carried out to LPGA guidelines.

SME Autogas are main agents in Scotland for Nicholson McLaren Engines (NME), who supply Teleflex and Eurogas systems and for Millbrook, who are a sister company of Vauxhall. Teleflex are OE/preferred suppliers to Vauxhall, Citroen, Peugeot, Mitsubishi, Ford and Proton, etc. SME also carry out factory option conversions for Cadillac using Teleflex equipment, this can only be carried out by NME in England and SME in Scotland and we carry out factory Vauxhall conversions for Millbrook and Vauxhall dealers.SME has the capability to alter Teleflex software if required and we have very strong technical back up with Teleflex and Eurogas in the Netherlands and NME and Millbrook in the UK. We also carry out work for Volvo and Volkswagen on factory systems who also use Necam products.
